Refund & Cancellation Policy – Licence Lounge Driving School
At Licence Lounge, we strive to provide high-quality driving lessons while ensuring fairness and flexibility for our students. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 3 hours of the lesson will be charged the full lesson fee.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available for unused lesson packages and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- A processing fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- No refunds will be issued for lessons already completed.
3. Driving Test Cancellations
- If a test package is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.
- If a test is canceled due to student negligence (e.g., forgetting required documents or being unfit to drive), no refund will be issued.
4. Expiration of Lesson Packages
- All lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused lessons beyond this period will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies or other valid reasons, students may request a reschedule or refund by providing supporting documentation.
- Licence Lounge reserves the right to approve or deny such requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Policy Agreement
- By booking a lesson with Licence Lounge, you agree to abide by the above refund and cancellation policies.
- Licence Lounge reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
